【Abstract】 Experence-based artificial neural network should be employed in urban atandard land price appraisal model not only to make the appraisal work more scientific,reasonable and fairer,but also to take great advantage of the land grading results, so as to integrate and intelligentize land grading and price appraisal,as well as to minimize the workload of appraisal.The example being presented in the paper shows that the established model signify much in practicing application,especially in the appraisal of mass land where the land market has been adequately developed.更多还原
