运用生物酶降低聚合物钻井液引起的地层伤害
Use Biologic Enzyme to Alleviate the Damage by Polymer Drilling Fluid
【摘要】 聚合物钻井液是目前国内许多油田使用的主要钻井液体系之一 ,也是水文水井钻井液的发展方向之一。但采用聚合物钻井液钻井会对地层造成诸多伤害。详细介绍了生物酶降解聚合物的作用机理 ,通过粘度降低、渗透率恢复和泥饼清除实验 ,表明生物酶具有良好的降低地层伤害效果。利用中东地区一个多油层井的对比实验 ,证明了运用生物酶的优越性
【Abstract】 Polymer drilling fluid is one of the most commonly used drilling fluid systems in the oilfields. It is also the current trend for water well drilling fluid. But it will cause serious reservoir damages. This paper explains the operation mechanism of the enzyme on polymer, and provides the results of viscosity experiment, permeability resume experiment and mud cake cleaning experiment. An on the spot experiment conducted in Middle East area demonstrates it be an effective method to clean out the reservoir damages by adding enzyme into the drilling fluid.
