【摘要】 [目的]评价互动式针刺法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。[方法]将69例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组34例 ,分别采用互动式针刺法和传统的针刺肩三针方法治疗。[结果]治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为97 14%和91 17 % ;愈显率分别为74 29%和50% ;首次获效率为48 57%和17 65%。治疗组的愈显率和首次获效率均明显高于对照组 ,且疗程明显缩短。[结论]互动式针刺法治疗肩周炎的疗效优于传统针刺肩三针法更多还原

【Abstract】 To assess the clinical observation of Mutual_motion Needling Method on scapulohumeral periarthritis.All cases were divided in treatment group(n=35)and control group(n=34)randomly,and treated with Mutual_motion Needling Method which called Three Needles on Shoulders respectively.The totall effective rate in treatment group and control group were 97.14% and 91.17% respectively.While the curate and effective rate were 74.29% and 50%,and the effective rate after the first treatment were 48.5% and 17.65% in these two groups respectively.The curate and effective rate after the first treatment in treatment group was marked than that in controt group.The therapeutic course was shorter either.[Conclusion]Mutual_motion Needing Method is better than traditional methods of Three Needles on Shoulder for scapulohumeral periarthritis.更多还原
