【摘要】 [目的]观察清暑益气汤合沙参麦冬汤对SARS患者恢复期的治疗效果。[方法]以恢复期SARS患者为观察对象 ,根据临床便秘程度分为4级制定治疗方案 ,在西医治疗不变的同时 ,加服中药清暑益气汤合沙参麦冬汤 ,1剂/d ,每剂180mL ,连服3d。[结果]该方对SARS患者恢复期便秘治疗有效率达90% ,腑气通则肺宣降功能得以恢复 ,临床症状好转。[结论]清暑益气汤合沙参麦冬汤加减对SARS患者恢复期便秘发热、乏力、憋气等症状有很好的治疗效果更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the therapeutic effect of Modified Qingshu Yiqi Tang(Decoction for Clearing Summer_heat and tonifying Qi) with Shashen Maidong Tang(Decoction of Glehnia and Ophiopogonis) for treating SARS in the recovery stage.Patients with SARS at recovery stage were chosen. The therapeutic methods were made according to the patients’ condition of constipation, which was divided into 4 degrees. Modified Qingshu Yiqi Tang with Shashen Maidong Tang was given once a day with 180 mL for 3 days. The routine treatment of western medicine was still used simultaneously.The effective rate of the decoction to the constipation was 90%?The clinical symptoms were relieved by the recovery of pulmonary ascending and descending function due to the smooth flowing of Fu_qi. [Conclusion]The modified decoction of Qingshu Yiqi Tang with Shashen Maidong Tang has a good therapeutic effect to the symptoms such as constipation,fever, lassitude and stuffy sensation in the chest of SARS patients in the recovery stage.更多还原
