【摘要】 [目的]探讨中医外治类风湿性关节炎的疗效。[方法]选取大鼠40只 ,随机分为4组 (对照组、消炎痛组、受试药高剂量组、低剂量组 ) ,通过注射福氏完全佐剂 ,制备大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型 ,模型制备后立即外涂1次受试药物 ,观察其对原发病变的影响。第8d开始外涂受试药 ,连续给药至第28d ,1次/d ,观察其对多发性关节炎的作用。[结果]外涂受试药对大鼠佐剂关节炎原发病变有明显的抗炎作用 ,能抑制佐剂注射对侧足肿胀 ,具有阻止多发性关节炎的作用。[结论]解毒化瘀中药具有较强的抗炎镇痛作用 ,外治类风湿性关节炎效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 To discuss the effect of external treatment of TCM on rheumatoid arthritis.The model was made by Fos adjuvant.In the two treatment groups the medicine was spread on the focus immediately after the model was made to observe its influence on the primary injury.The medicine was given externally from the8th day to the28th day once a day to observe its effect on multiple arthritis. The external treatment of TCM had a marked anˉti_inflammation effect on primary arthritis induced by adjuvant.[Conclusion] Herbs with the effect of removing toxin and blood stasis has effect at anti_inflammation,analgesia with satisfactory therapeutic effect on rheumatoid arthritis by exterˉnal treatment.更多还原
