【摘要】 目的 :探讨血浆脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]水平与2型糖尿病的关系。方法:400例受试者分为4组 :正常对照组(A组 ) ;2型糖尿病无冠心病组 (B组 ) ;冠心病组 (C组 ) ;2型糖尿病合并冠心病组 (D组 )。测定血脂水平。结果:B、C组和D组血浆Lp(a)水平显著高于A组(P<0.05) ;B组与C组血浆Lp(a)水平无显著性差异(P>0.05) ;D组血浆Lp(a)水平显著高于B组和C组(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者血浆Lp(a)水平显著升高 ,当合并冠心病时Lp(a)进一步升高 ,提示高Lp(a)血症与DM合并冠心病的发生有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the clinical significance of plasm lipoprotein(Lp)(a)test in patients with type2diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods:Four hundred group subjects were divided into a control group(group A),a type2DM without coronary heart disease(CHD)group(group B),a CHD group(group C)and a type2DM associated with CHD group(group D).The plasm Lp(a)concentration was measured.Results:Compared with the group A,the plasm Lp(a)concentration significantly increased in other groups(P<0.05).No significant difference in Lp(a)was found between the group B and group C(P>0.05).In the group D,the level of Lp(a)was significantly higher than those in the group B and the groups C(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Lp(a)level is signifiˉcantly increased in the patients with type2DM;when associated with CHD,the Lp(a)level increased further more.This indicates that a high Lp(a)concentration might relate with the type2DM associated with CHD.更多还原
