【摘要】 目的 :观察囊内注射顺铂治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿的效果。方法 :用外科自体移植术建立大鼠子宫内膜异位症的动物模型 ,囊内分别注射顺铂及无水酒精 ,观察形态学变化 ,并检测血清抗子宫内膜抗体、雌二醇、孕酮水平 ,同时对卵巢、心、肝、脑、肺和肾进行病理组织学检查。每组抽取4只观察远期疗效。结果 :顺铂和无水酒精均能明显抑制异位子宫内膜的生长 ,并使其抗体转阴 ,降低血清雌二醇水平。病理学观察 ,异位的子宫内膜腺体及腺上皮明显萎缩 ,对各脏器无明显毒副作用 ,对大鼠的正常性周期、卵泡发育和排卵无影响。顺铂比无水酒精刺激性小 ,对异位内膜的抑制率高 ,粘连发生率低、复发率低。结论 :顺铂囊内注射治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿效果显著 ,无明显毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of cisplatin injection into endometrial implants.Methods:Rat was used as a model of endometriosis by surgically autotransplanting endometrium to the perˉtoneum.Four weeks after the autotransplantation,the rats with peritoneal implants were randomly assigned into3groups which included one group without treatment and two groups treated with cisplatin or absolute alcohol injection into the peritoneal endometrial implants respectively.After4weeks,the rats were laporotomized,and the volumes of endometrial implants were measured.The blood samples were collected for measuring serum E 2 ,P and EmAb levels.The ovary,heart,liver,brain,lung,and kidney were examined histologically together with the in situ endometrium and endometrial implants by microscopy and electromicroscopy.Four rats in each group had not been killed for observing the long_term effect.Results:Both cisplatin and alcohol group had smaller enˉdometrial implants,lower level of EmAb,and lower level of E 2 and P compared with the untreated group.All organs were not influenced.Compared with the alcohol group,the cisplatin group had less irritating effects,less adhesions,and lower recurrent rate.Conclusion:Local injection of cisplatin had an obvious effect in inhibiting endometrial implants.It was more effective than absolute alcohol.No obvious toxicity and side effect was found.更多还原
