【摘要】 目的 :对溶栓时间窗与神经元凋亡的相关性进行实验性研究。方法 :雄性大鼠56只 ,采用线栓法建立中动脉栓塞模型 ,并分别于栓塞后1 ,2 ,3,4 ,5 ,6h使其再灌注 ,于再灌注后的24h处死。采用免疫组化检测法 ,对神经元凋亡细胞染色、计数 ,并进行组间比较。结果 :再灌注后其凋亡细胞密度0 102mm2分别为(37±6 95)、(19±2 93)、(21±4 47)、(26±4 24)、(52±6 44)、(61±5 91)。结论 :脑梗死最佳溶栓时间窗为2～4h。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the correlation between time window of dissolving thromb and neuron apopˉtosis.Methods:Using thread cork,the models of middle cerebral artery occlusion in56male rats were estabˉlished,and the occluded vessels were reperfused in1,2,3,4,5and6hours respectively.The animals were sacriˉficed after24hours reperfusion.Apoptosis neurons in every group were counted and compared each other.Reˉsults:The densities of apoptosis cell in these groups were37±6.95,19±2.93,21±4.47,26±4.24,52±6.44and61±5.91respectively.Conclusion:The best time window for dissolving thromb after cerebral infarction is2～4hours.更多还原
