【摘要】 目的 :观察云芝多糖对应激引起大鼠学习记忆损害的影响。方法 :通过Morris水迷宫实验观察空间学习能力和空间记忆能力 ,并检测大鼠海马内SOD活性和MDA含量。结果 :云芝多糖可明显缩短大鼠Morris水迷宫平均训练潜伏期 ,大鼠在 4个象限中停留时间百分比以原放置平台象限为长 ,可明显提高大鼠海马SOD活性 ,降低MDA含量。结论 :云芝多糖对慢性应激引起的学习和记忆障碍有明显的改善作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discover the influence of Coriolus Versicolar polysaccharide on rat’s learning and memory damages caused by stress.Method:Observing the spatial memory by Morris’ Water labyrinth experiment and determining SOD activity and MDA content in rat’s hippocampal tissue.Results: Coriolus Versicolar polysaccharide could obviously shorten training latent period of rat in Morris’water labyrinth,the stay time of rat on platform was longer than that in other quadrants.it could significantly increase the SOD activity and decrease the content of MDA.Conclusion: Coriolus Versicolar polysaccharide could significantly improve the learning and momery disturbance of rat caused by stress.更多还原
