【摘要】 目的 :观察自拟生血方配合促红细胞生成素对肾性贫血大鼠血红蛋白 (Hb)、红细胞压积 (HCT)、促红细胞生成素水平 (EPO)、骨髓象、肾功及肾脏病理的影响。方法 :采用腺嘌呤建立肾性贫血大鼠模型 ,然后随机分为 4组 ;中西药治疗组、中药对照组、西药对照组和空白对照组。观察治疗前后肾性贫血大鼠Hb、HCT、EPO水平、骨髓象、肾功能及肾脏病理的变化。结果 :中西药治疗组、中药对照组及西药对照组均可显著提高肾性贫血大鼠的Hb、HCT及EPO水平 ,且中西药治疗组与西药对照组治疗后同期比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。同时 ,3组治疗组均可促进骨髓造血功能。另外 ,中西药治疗组与中药对照组均可显著改善肾性贫血大鼠肾功能 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :自拟生血方配合促红细胞生成素能明显改善模型大鼠的肾性贫血 ,提高疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Shengxue recipe by self-formulated and erythropoietin on rat’s renal anemia Method:The animal model of chronic renal failure was made by feeding adenine then four groups were divided in random.the changes of Hb、HCT、EPO、myelogram.renal function and renal pathologic change were observed before and after treatment.Results:The levels of Hb、HCT and EPO in three groups with medicine were all obviously increased,there was significantly difference between Chinese-westernal medicine group and only westernal medicine group,meanwhile three groups with medicine all could promote myeloid hemopoiesis,Otherwise,the group with Chinese-westernal medicine and group with Chinese could significantly improve the renal function of rat with renal anemia.Conclusion: Shengxue recipe by self-formulated and erythropoietin could effectively improve rat’s renal anemia,enhance the curative effect.更多还原
