【摘要】 目的 :探讨心经经脉与其相应脏腑的相关性。方法 :以左心室内压峰值 (LVP)、左心室内压变化上升最大速率 (LVPdp/dtmax)、心力环面积 (ACFL)、心肌收缩成分最大缩短速度 (Vmax)、心电图及小肠电图为指标 ,静脉滴注垂体后叶素造成心肌缺血动物模型 ,观察了电针心经循行路线上的 3个测试点和电针肺经循行路线上的 3个测试点、以及不电针的对照组心肌收缩功能、心电、小肠电活动的影响。结果 :电针心经对心肌收缩功能、心电、小肠电活动的调节作用比电针肺经显著 ,有相对特异性。结论 :心经作为一条经脉 ,与心肌收缩功能、心电、小肠电活动有密切关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the correlation of heart meridian and its corresponding visceras.Method:LVP、LVPdp/dtmax、ACFL、Vmax、electrocardiogram and electros mallintestinogram were observeng indexes,rabbit’s myocardial ischemia was caused by intravenous dip pituitrin,observing the effects of individually electroacupuncturing three points on heart or lung meridians or control on myocardial contractile,electrocardiogram and electrosmallintestinogram. Results:The regulation effects of electroacupuncturing heart meridan on myocardial contractile,electrocardiogram and electrosmallintestinogram were more significantly distinct than that of lung’s,the relative specificity was existed.
