尖锐湿疣挖空细胞的原位末端标记观察

【摘要】 目的 进一步证实尖锐湿疣挖空细胞的凋亡实质。方法 选自广州市东山区人民医院病理科常规活检经免疫组化和原位杂交组化确诊为尖锐湿疣 2 0例共 2 8个标本。每例分别重新切片 ,采用原位末端标记技术 (TUNEL法 )进行染色 ,光镜下观察 ,结合上次报告中的电镜照片 ,进行仔细分析。结果 在电镜下呈核膜皱缩 ,染色质边集、胞质空泡化的挖空细胞均显示原位末端标记阳性信号。结论 尖锐湿疣挖空细胞为人类乳头状瘤病毒 (HPV)感染表皮细胞后所发生的一种特异的凋亡变化 ,可能与人体防御系统有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To further prove the nature of koilocytic apoptosis of condyloma acuminatum. Methods Twenty eight biopsy samples (20 cases) which had been made the diagnosis of condyloma acuminatum by routine examination, immunohistochemical and in situ hybrihistochemical methods in Dongshan District Hospital were used, sectioned and stained by in situ end laleling technique (TUNEL), examined under light microscopy and electron microscopic photographes were carefully reviewed. Results All koilocytes with nucleous membrane shrinkage, the chromatin accumulation under nucleous membrane and semiluner form and vacudization of cytoplasma under election microscopy were positive for signals of TUNEL. Conclusion The koilocytes are a specific apoptotic change induced by HPV infection, which may be related with the human defense function.
