【摘要】 目的　探讨测定脑宁糖浆中α 蒎烯含量的方法。方法　采用气相色谱法进行测定。结果　该法具有良好的精密度与准确度 ,对照品α 蒎烯在 0 317～ 1 5 85 μg间具有良好的线性关系 ,r =0 9993。平均回收率为 98 78% ,RSD =1 5 6 % (n =5 )。结论　本法可以作为脑宁糖浆中α 蒎烯的含量测定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method to determine the content of α pinene in Naoning syrup. Methods Gas chromatography was applied to determine the contents of Naoning syrup. Chromatographic conditions were: chromatographic column, packed column; stationary phase, OV 17; column temperature, 60 ℃-180 ℃ rising by program (initial temperature: 60 ℃, maintaining 3 min; final temperature, 180 ℃, rising rate 15 ℃/min, maintaining 3 min); the injector temperature: 200 ℃; the detector temperature: 250 ℃; FID detector; the carrier gas, N 2; the internal standard, methylbenzene. Results The linear range of α pinene was 0 317～1 585 μg, r = 0 9993. The average recovery was 98 78 %, RSD=1 56 % ( n =5). Conclusion This method was suitable for the determination of α pinene in the preparation.更多还原
