【摘要】 目的　研究子宫内膜异位症 (内异症 )患者在位和异位子宫内膜人白细胞抗原 HL A- DR的表达。方法　采用酶标链霉亲合素 -生物素 (L SAB)技术对 19例内异症不孕患者在位和异位子宫内膜腺细胞 HL A- DR抗原的表达进行免疫组化研究 ,以 19例非子宫内膜异位症的不孕患者作为对照。结果　内异症患者在位和异位子宫内膜腺细胞HL A- DR抗原的表达较对照组明显增强 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　子宫内膜 HL A- DR抗原的异常表达可能参与了内异症免疫学异常的发生更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of human leucocyte antigen (HLA DR) in eutopic and ectopic endometrium in patients with endometriosis. Methods The expression of HLA DR antigen in eutopic and ectopic endometria of 19 infertile patients with endometriosis was analyzed immunohistochemically by labelled streptavidin biotin (LSAB) method. The endometria of 19 infertile patients without endometriosis was studied as controls. Results The expression of HLA DR antigen in the glandular cells in both eutopic and ectopic endometria was increased significantly as compared with that in the controls. Conclusion It is likely that aberrant expression of HLA DR antigen in endometriotic tissue is involved in the abnormal immunogenesis of endometriosis.更多还原
