【摘要】 目的 :观察头孢曲松 -头孢克洛序贯治疗儿童支气管肺炎的疗效。方法:支气管肺炎患儿67例 ,分2组。观察组32例 ,予头孢曲松 -头孢克洛序贯治疗 ;对照组35例 ,连续应用头孢曲松静脉滴注。观察治疗效果、住院天数及治疗费用。结果:2组疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05) ;观察组住院天数缩短 ,人均抗生素费用及医疗总费用均明显低于对照组 (均P<0.01)。结论:头孢曲松 -头孢克洛序贯治疗儿童支气管肺炎 ,疗效确切 ,并可节省医疗资源更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy of Ceftriaxone_Cefaclor in treatment of children with bronchopneumonia by sequential therapy.Methods:67cases with bronchopneumonia were divided into two groups.Trial group(includes32cases)was treated with Ceftriaxone_Cefaclor by sequential therapy;control group(includes35cases)with successive intravenous Ceftriaxone.To observe the efficacy of treatment,the duration of hospitalization and the cost of treatˉment.Results:The efficacy of treatment hadn’t significant difference in two groups(P>0.05);the shortened duration of hospitalization,the reduced average cost of antibiotic and total cost for treatment were significant in trial group than in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:To treat bronchopneumonia in children with Ceftriaxone_Cefaclor by sequential therapy may get a certain effect,and it can save medical resources.更多还原
