【摘要】 目的 :了解天津市部分高级知识分子的血脂状况并为进一步的防治工作提供依据。方法 :测定380名相关人员的血甘油三酯 (TG)和血总胆固醇 (TC)水平 ,并与正常参考标准进行比较分析。结果 :(1)该市部分高级知识分子的血脂水平(TG:1.80±1.12mmol/L,TC:5.46±0.94mmol/L)高于血脂异常防治对策小组推荐的正常参考标准(TG<1.7mmol/L,TC<5.2mmol/L)。(2)只有28.7%(109人)两项指标都在合适水平;TG和TC超过正常参考标准的人员分别达总体的42.6%和60.8 %。结论:该市部分高级知识分子的血脂水平令人堪忧,应加强多方面的工作进行控制更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the blood lipid condition of the advanced intelligentsia in Tianjin,and to provide the support for next protecting and curing.Methods:To Measure the blood TG and TC in380professors or equal positions with enzymology methods.To compare the results with the standards.Results:(1)The means(TG:1.80±1.12mmol/L,TC:5.46±0.94mmol/L)are higher than the standards(TG<1.7mmol/L,TC<5.2mmol/L)recomˉmended by the preventing and curing abnormal blood lipid group.(2)There is only28.7%(109)people whose both markers are normal;there are42.6%and60.8%people whose TG or TC level are higher than the standards separately.Conclusion:The blood lipid condition(TC and TG)of the advanced intelligentsia in Tianjin is serious.It is important to control the sitˉuation.更多还原
