【摘要】 目的 :探讨糖耐量、胰岛素、C肽释放试验对1型糖尿病 (1 -DM)、2型糖尿病 (2-DM)的诊断价值 ,以及正常人的胰岛素 (INS)、C肽释放曲线。方法 :共检测775例 ,其中1 -DM :25人 ,2 -DM :559人 ,葡萄糖耐量异常(IGT) :75人 ,正常人 :116人。结果 :1_DM患者INS、C肽分泌显著低于正常对照组 (P<0.01) ,INS、C肽分泌呈低平曲线 ;2-DM患者INS、C肽空腹值正常 ,但分泌高峰明显后延且持续时间长 (P<0.01) ;IGT患者达峰值时间在对照组与2 -DM之间。结论 :糖耐量、INS、C肽释放试验对糖尿病的诊断及分型具有重要的意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To inquire into the diagnostic value of the glucose tolerance test,insulin and c_p release test for type1diabetes(1_DM)and type2diabetes(2_DM),and the normal perˉson’s insulin,c_p release curve.Methods:775cases were examined,among them there were25cases of1_DM,559cases of2_DM,75cases of impaired glucose tolerance(IGT),116cases of normal person.Results:The values of insulin and c_p in1_DM group lower than those in normal control group respectively(P<0.01),secreted insulin and c_p at low flat curve;The values of insulin and c_p in2_DM group were normal in the fasting status,but secret peak came later obviously and lasted long time(P<0.01);The time of peak value in IGT group was between the control group and the2_DM group.Conclusion:The glucose tolerance test,insulin and c_p reˉlease test play an important role in dianosing and classifying diabetes.更多还原
