【摘要】 目的 :观察单开门颈椎椎管扩大成形术治疗颈椎管狭窄症的效果。方法 :36例颈椎管狭窄症患者 ,男性28例 ,女性8例 ,平均年龄49.5岁 ,病程平均31个月。术前JOA评分平均为7.4分。全部行单开门颈椎椎管扩大成形术。结果 :36例患者均获随访 ,平均35.2个月 ,手术优良率为80.5% ,术后JOA评分平均14.6分。结论 :单开门颈椎椎管扩大成形术是一种安全、有效治疗颈椎椎管狭窄症的手术方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the results of the expansive open-door laminoplasty of cervical spine for treatment of cervical spinal stenotic myelopathy.Methods:In36cervical spinal stenotic myelopathy patients,28were male and8female,aged on average49.5years.The duration of illness was31months on average.All patients were treated with expansive open-door laminoplasty of cervical spine.Results:Thirty-six patients were followed-up for35.2months on average.The excellent rate of operation was80.5%.The JOA score rose from7.4points before operation to14.6points after operation.Conclusion:The expansive open-door laminoplasty of cervical spine is a safe and effective operation for cervical spinal stenotic myelopathy.更多还原
