【摘要】 目的 :观察20例黄体功能性不育的健康妇女应用烯丙雌醇的临床疗效。方法 :对经子宫内膜病理证实为黄体功能不足(LutealPhasedefect,LPD)的受试患者,在分泌早期 (着床窗口期 )采用免疫组化方法检测子宫内膜雌激素受体 (ER)、孕激素受体 (PR)水平并采用放免法观察血清雌二醇 (E2)、孕激素 (P)的动态变化。结果 :与治疗前比较 ,子宫内膜PR和血清E2、P水平有显著性差别(P<0.01) ,而子宫内膜ER无显著性差别(P>0.05)。结论 :烯丙雌醇作为外源性孕激素可以改善黄体功能 ,并具有一定的黄体支持作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of turinal treating 20 infertile women with luteal insufficiency during the earlier luteal phase(after ovulation 7th day).Methods:Patology examination were done on endometrium in 20 cases and determined as luteal insufficiency. Meanwhile,their ER,PR expressions were measured by immunohistochemical method and E2,P levels were measured by radiaimmunity method.Results:In after-treatment group,their PR,E2,P levels were significantly than in before-treatment group(P<0.01);their ER levels had no significantly(P>0.05).Conclusion:Turinal may improve luteal function as external progesterone and was validity of infertile women of luteal insufficiency.更多还原
