一种新型担架车工作过程受力状态的研究
Study on force analyses for a new type of stretcher
【摘要】 目的 :设计一种将担架与手推车合为一体的半自动救护担架车 ,该车在上、下救护车运动过程中 ,操作者通过控制手控闸整个车体可自动地上下救护车。方法 :应用连杆机构相对运动原理对担架车运动传递过程进行分析 ,采用力矩平衡原理 ,研究运动过程中特殊位置的受力情况 ,从而确定最佳承力点位置。结果 :半自动担架车通过手控闸、钢索和连杆机构将运动传递给车轮撑杆 ,使之能够按照确定的位置自如的收放 ,并且只需一人就可将伤员推上救护车 ,达到节省人力的目的 ,同时在救护过程中 ,无需挪动伤员。结论 :半自动救护担架车具有操作快速方便、占用救护人员少、对伤员二次伤害小的优点
【Abstract】 Objective: To design the semiautomatic stretcher which has the function of both stretcher and handcart.The operator can control the brake to make the stretcher on and off the ambulance.Methods:Apply connecting rod mechanism relativity principle of motion to analysis the stretcher’s movement;Use the principle of the balance of the torque to study the force condition of the special position during the movement so as to decide the best force supported point.Results:The semiautomatic stretcher can transfer the movement to the wheel bar through brake,steel and connection rod mechanism in order to make it move to the settled position accordingly.It is convenient that just one person can carry the injured into the ambulance,as well as,you needn’t move the patient twice.Conclusion:The structure of the semiautomatic stretcher has many merits,as rapid and convenient operation,laborsaving and less second injury to the patient and the wounded.
