【摘要】 目的 :了解羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术的临床效果。方法 :Ⅰ期植入运用自体 (或异体 )巩膜遮盖羟基磷灰石义眼台 ;Ⅱ期植入用带线的义眼台与四条直肌缝合后 ,再缝合筋膜和结膜 ,包裹义眼台。结果 :术后随访4～24个月 ,义眼活动好 ,无并发症发生 ,带义眼片效果满意。结论 :Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期羟基磷灰石义眼台植入后 ,效果满意更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the complication of hydroxyapatite orbital implantation.Methods:Primary implantation is to take self-sclera(or exclusive-sclera)to cover hydroxyaˉpatite orbital.Secondary implantation is to take hydroxyapatite orbital with suture line to four muscles rectus suctioning and make spatium and tunica conjunctive to pack orbital.Results:Followed up for4months to24mouths,orbital move nice,no coincidence happened.Good effect can be obtained.Conclusion:Good effect can be obtained by primary or secondary hydroxyapˉatite orbital implantation.更多还原
