【摘要】 目的 :采用氨基酸分析仪同时测定肝氨散中 L -缬氨酸、L -异亮氨酸和 L -亮氨酸三种氨基酸的含量。方法 :采用氨基酸分析仪进行测定。结果 :三种氨基酸的回收率分别为 10 0 .2 % ,10 0 .2 %和 10 0 .5 % ,RSD分别为 1.0 1%、0 .85 %和 0 .79% ( n =9)。结论 :该方法操作简单 ,重复性好 ,可以作为该制剂的质控方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Object: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of L-valine, L-isoleucine and L-leucine in Gan An San. Methods: Aamino acid analyzer was used for determination. Results:The average recoveries of L-valine, L- isoleucine and L-leucine were 100.2%, 100.2% and 100.5%, respectively. The RSD were 1.01%, 0.85% and 0.79% (n=9) , respectively.Conclusion: The method was easily operative and accuracy and can be applied for quality control.更多还原
