【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a method for testing the bacterial endotoxin of Ampicillin. Methods: According to appendixⅨ E in CP 2000 the Bacterial Endotoxin of Ampicillin was tested. Results: Neither inhibition nor enhancement was found after the sample was diluted to 3.33 mg/ml. Conclusion: These results suggest that the TAL method is suitable for the detection of endotoxin in Ampicillin.更多还原
