【Abstract】 Using surgical knife to cut eggshell round, plastics bag to transplant chicken embryo and concave eggshell and paraffin wax to seal airtight, the experiment studied two simple methods of in vitro culture for X-period chicken embryo .The results indicate that development rate of method I to "mosquito bead period" is 72.7% (8/11) and development rate of method I or II to eighth age is respectively 0 (0/11) and 17.6% (3/17).更多还原
