大花蕙兰组织培养和试管苗移栽技术的研究

【摘要】 利用组织培养技术对大花蕙兰的芽进行诱导 ,从 4种培养基中筛选出 1 2MS +NAA 0 .4mg L +6 BA 1.5mg L的培养基为最优的芽诱导培养基。同时 ,利用不同基质和营养液进行试管苗的移栽和速生栽培 ,得出以苔藓为移栽基质的大花蕙兰的成活率最高 ,达 10 0 %。无土栽培中用大量元素为Ca(NO3) 2 4 72mg L +KNO380 9mg L +(NH4 ) 2 HPO4 15 3mg L +MgSO4 4 93mg L的营养液配方浇灌大花蕙兰 ,明显促进大花蕙兰的生长。

【Abstract】 Using tissue culture technology to induce the bud of Cymbidium, it is selected from the four different mediums that the optimal medium inducing bud is 1/2MS+NAA 0.4 mg/L+6-BA 1.5 mg/L. Meanwhile, using different matrix and nutrition liquid to transplant and cultivate the sprout of test tube with quick growth, it shows that Cymbidium, which is based on moss as transplant matrix, reaches the highest survival rate, that is, 100%. In soilless culture, using prescription of nutrition liquid whose vast elements are Ca(NO3)2 472 mg/L+KNO3 809 mg/L+(NH4)2HPO4 153 mg/L+MgSO4 493 mg/L to irrigate Cymbidium, the growth of Cymbidium can be promoted obviously.
