【Abstract】 The course of intensive reading in which the analysis of text cohesion and coherence is of great significance organizes language teaching through learning text. This paper defines cohesion and coherence, analyzes the relationship between them and delves further into the forms of cohesion and coherence in the the course of intensive reading texts. The analysis of text cohesion and coherence can help students better understand the teaching materials, improve their ability in commanding and applying the language, and thus fulfill the tasks of the course of intensive reading.更多还原
