【摘要】 通过对1997—2000年四届世界健美操锦标赛与我国1999—2000年两届健美操锦标赛中男子单人项目决赛成绩前三名选手的参赛难度动作进行统计分析。研究结果表明:世界健美操锦标赛男子单人项目的特点———“力量”得到了较好的体现,且创新意识逐年增强,创新的难度动作以高级别难度动作为主,动作难、编排美、重创新是当前世界竞技健美操男子单人项目的显著特点,也是未来的发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 By analyzing the difficult actions of male athletes in the World Sports Aerobics Championships from1997to2000and National Sports Aerobics Championships from1999to2000,the authors found that the characteristics of single man’s event in the World Sport Aerobics Champi-onships is power,the consciousness of creation difficult actions of sports aerobics’ athletes is increasing and the level of create actions are more difficult,the difficulty of sports aerobics mainly reflected in action,arrangement and creation.更多还原
