大茴香醛缩邻氨基苯甲酸Schiff碱及其配合物的合成、结构和Cu(Ⅱ)配合物的抑菌活性
Synthesis, Structure of Schiff Base Condensed from 4-Methoxybenzaldehyde with Anthranilic Acid and Its Complexes and Antibacterial Activities of Cu(Ⅱ) Complex
【摘要】 合成了大茴香醛缩邻氨基苯甲酸Schiff碱及其过渡金属配合物,利用红外和紫外光谱对其进行了结构表征.结果表明,大茴香醛缩邻氨基苯甲酸Schiff碱为二齿配体,通过亚胺基N原子和羧基O原子可与过渡金属离子形成2∶1型的双六元环配合物.对革兰氏阳性和阴性菌的抑菌实验结果表明,Cu( )配合物具有较高的抑菌活性.
【Abstract】 The synthesis of Schiff base condensed from 4-methoxybenzaldehyde with anthranilic acid and its complexes are reported and characterized by IR and UV. The structure characterization of the condensed product indicates that it is a neutral didentate ligand in which the imine nitrogen and carboxyl oxygen atoms coordinate with copper(Ⅱ) and form a dihexacyclic compound of nL∶nCu=2∶1. The results of antibacterial activities against E.Coli and S.Aureus show that the Cu(Ⅱ) complex have much more activities.
