对溴苯甲醛缩邻氨基酚席夫碱及其配合物的合成、结构表征和抑菌活性
Syntheses, Structure Characterization and Bacteriostatic Activity of Schiff Base Condensed from 4-Bromobenzaldehyde with o-Aminophenol and Its Complexes
【摘要】 利用对溴苯甲醛和邻氨基酚合成了对溴苯甲醛缩邻氨基酚席夫碱配体及其过渡金属配合物,并利用红外和紫外光谱进行了结构表征;利用单片纸碟法测定了Cu(II)配合物对革兰氏阳性和阴性菌的抑菌活性.
【Abstract】 The syntheses of Schiff base condensed from 4bromobenzaldehyde with oaminophenol and its complexes are reported and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV. The structure characterization of the condensed product indicates that the Schiff base may be a neutral didentate ligand. The results of bacteriostatic activity against E.Coli and S.aures indicate that the ligand and its copper complexes have much more activities.
