【摘要】 根据水资源承载力的理论,应用多目标规划模型定量地研究了天津地区水资源所能承载的经济规模,主要通过对提高水资源承载力的各个方案的分析,考察天津的水资源承载力在现有条件下对于各种方案的响应程度,从而为分阶段提出对策提供依据.分析结果表明,从近期来看节水是解决水问题的主要途径,调水是有效办法;但从长期来看,水资源与经济的协调发展包括产业结构的调整和水资源利用技术水平的提高是解决人、水矛盾的根本途径.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the relations among the water resources, environment and economic development along with the connotation, general thinking and steps, the paper deals with the carrying capacity of water resources and the basic multiobjective analysis system of water resources carrying capacity model in the research of the water resource carrying capacity of Tianjin. The research shows that at present water transfer project is the most efficient way, however, we should put emphases on the saving of water and gradually set up the coordinated development of water resources and economy in the future.更多还原
