【Abstract】 The schemes of step strees accelerated reliability growth test (SSARGT) for power law-linearized model, the maximum likelihood estimator (MLE), maximum posterior estimator (MPE), Bayesian estimator (BE) and calculation method for model parameters, acceleration factor and MTBF are given. The Monte carlo simulation method of these schemes of SSARGT is presented.更多还原
