【摘要】 目的　探讨B超对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法　 65例急性阑尾炎病人术前行超声检查 ,术后与手术结果及病理诊断对照。结果　 65例急性阑尾炎患者超声确诊 5 7例 ,漏诊 8例 ,诊断符合率为 87.7%。结论　超声可作为急性阑尾炎诊断和鉴别诊断的常规检查项目更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of ultrasonogtaphy in diagnosing acute appendicitis.Methods 65 patients suspected of acute appendicitis had been examined by ultrasonography and compared with postoperative pathologic diagnosis.Results 57 cases were diagnosed correctly by ultrasound and the diagnostic accuracy was 87.7%,8 cases were missed.Conclusion Conclusion ultrasonogrphy should be a rountine method in diagnosing acute appendicitis.更多还原
