【摘要】 目的　分析胃癌在螺旋CT(SCT)增强扫描中的表现 ,回顾性评价螺旋CT对胃癌的诊断价值。方法　对 61例胃镜证实为胃癌的患者进行SCT动态增强扫描 ,分析其影像表现 ,其中 5 1例与手术、病理进行对照。结果　胃癌的SCT表现为局限性增厚 40例 ,广泛增厚 8例 ,有肿块形成 10例。胃癌SCT扫描主要显示了胃壁的不规则增厚 ,增强后增厚的胃壁可见不均匀强化。结论　螺旋CT能够正确评估胃癌的分期 ,对临床手术或非手术治疗具有十分重要的指导意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the contrast enhanced Spiral CT findings of gastric carcinoma, and to evaluate retrospectively SCT in detection of gastric carcinoma.Methods SCT was performed in 61 patients with gastric carcinoma who were confirmed by gastroscope.CT images were analyzed and results of 51 patients were correlated with the pathologic findings.Results The manifestation of gastric carcinoma included local,extensive thickening of the gastric wall or the mass formation. All cases were marked by the contrast enhancement of SCT in the gastric wall.Conclusion Although X-ray barium meal is the best way to detect gastric carcinoma,contrast enhanced SCT scanning can evaluate the staging of gastric carcinoma correctly.Furthermore,this SCT is an useful guide for choosing between tumor resection and nonoperative treatment of patient.更多还原
