【摘要】 目的　探讨术前螺旋CT在大肠癌诊断和分期中的价值。方法　对 60例经手术证实的大肠癌病人 ,回顾分析术前螺旋CT表现 ,并参照术后病理结果来评价螺旋CT分期的准确性。结果　螺旋CT能显示肠腔及肠壁的改变、病灶与周围组织关系 ,并可显示周围组织器官的侵犯及有无远处转移。结论　大肠癌术前螺旋CT检查对大肠癌诊断和分期具有重要意义 ,并对能否行手术治疗及预后判断具有重要指导意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss and evaluate the preoperative CT examination in the diagnosis and staging of colorectal carcinoma.Methods The preoperative CT imagings of 60 patients with colorectal carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively by comparing its surgical pathologic findings with Thoeni CT staging and the modiefied Dukes’ classification.Results The spiral CT showed the changes of lumen and the wall and the relationship between the lesions and adjacent tissues.It could also detect the invasion of adjacent tissues and distant metastasis.Conclusion The preoperative CT examination is useful in the diagnosis and staging of colorectal carcinoma,and in determining its surgical eligibility and its prognosis.更多还原
