【摘要】 目的　研究地塞米松对骨质疏松性兔骨内种植体骨整合的影响。方法　将 12只骨质疏松症兔随机分为 2组 ,每组 6只 ,另取同龄健康新西兰雌兔 6只作为健康对照组。在各兔胫骨内植入纯钛螺纹状种植体 ,对骨质疏松症组中的 1组予以地塞米松治疗。种植体植入 2周、4周和 8周后分别获取各组标本 2个 ,行组织学、影像学等检测 ,观察各组种植体的骨整合效果。结果　各组种植体的骨整合效果在植入 4周时有较大差异 ,由高到低依次为 :正常组 >地塞米松组 >骨质疏松症组 ,但 8周时差异不明显。结论　地塞米松对骨质疏松性骨内种植的骨整合有促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of dexamethasone on the osteointegrtion of pure titaniun screw implants in the osteoporotic rabbits’ tibiae.Methods Twelve osteoporotic New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into two groups equally.The third group was composed of six healthy female New Zealand rabbits which were as old as the former.A pure titanium screw implant was placed in the proximal tibial mctaphysis of each rabbit. The osteoporotic group were injected with dexamethasone,and the other were injected with normal saline. Two specimens with implants were harvested from each group at 2,4,and 8 weeks after implantation. The reactions of bone tissue to implants were analyzed both histomorphologically and radiographically.Results There were great differences in osteointegration among them at 2 and 4 weeks,especially at 4 weeks.The osteointegrated ratio of implants were arranged as the following:normal group>Dex group>OP group.But there was no difference at 8 weeks.Conclusion Dexamethasone can stimulate the osteointegration of dental implants in osteoporotic bone.更多还原
