【摘要】 目的　研究表皮生长因子 (EpidermalGrowthFactor,EGF)对角膜成纤维细胞生长的影响。方法　通过含不同浓度EGF的培养基培养角膜成纤维细胞 ,分别于 2 4、48和 72h用 0 .5 %台盼蓝法对每组进行细胞活力的测定。结果　 0 .1、1.0mg/L的EGF在细胞培养 48、72h后对细胞生长有一定的促进作用 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但在 2 4h时对细胞生长无明显影响 (P >0 .0 5 )。浓度为 0 .0 1mg/L的EGF对角膜成纤维细胞生长无明显影响 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　一定浓度的EGF对角膜成纤维细胞的生长具有促进作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of EGF on the growth of corneal fibroblasts.Methods The corneal fibroblasts of rabbit were cultured respectively in nutrient medium with different concentrations of EGF.Trypan blue staining test for cell viability was carried out after 24,48 and 72 hours.Results EGF at the concentration of 0.1, 1.0 mg/L had positive effect on the growth of fibroblasts at 48 and 72 hours(P<0.05), but had no stimulating effect at 24 hours.EGF at concentration of 0.01 mg/L had no obvious effect on the growth of fibroblasts(P>0.05).Conclusion EGF with certain range of concentration can increase the growth of corneal fibroblasts of rabbit.更多还原
