基质金属蛋白酶在乳头状甲状腺癌中的表达

【摘要】 目的 研究基质金属蛋白酶 (MatrixMetalloproteinase,MMPs)基因在乳头状甲状腺癌中的表达。方法 手术中获得的乳头状甲状腺癌、甲状腺腺瘤、桥本氏炎症及正常甲状腺组织的新鲜标本共 3 1例 ,提取其总RNA ,然后进行RT PCR ,比较MMP 2、MMP 9与MMP 14在不同疾病组织中的表达差异。结果  3种MMPs基因在乳头状甲状腺癌中的表达阳性率显著高于腺瘤、桥本氏炎症和正常甲状腺组织。结论 MMPs基因在乳头状甲状腺癌中表达增高与癌的发生有关

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase genes in human thyroid papillary cancer.Methods 31 specimens of human thyroid papillary cancer, adenoma, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and normal thyroid obtained at surgery were collected. The total RNAs of these specimens were extracted and the levels of mRNA for three MMP genes, namely MMP?2, MMP?9 and MMP?14, were estimated by RT?PCR.Results In human thyroid papillary cancer, the rates of expression of MMPs genes were significantly higher as compared with those of adenoma, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and normal thyroid.Conclusion The high expression of MMPs gene is related to the genesis of thyroid papillary cancer.
