【Abstract】 The preparatory procedure before the trial is the important compositional part of the evidence system, and the simple procedure is the important system of the civil action in China. Along with the rapid increase of the case quantity in recent years and with the issuance of the《About Certain Number of Regulations on the Civil Action Evidence》 made by the Supreme People’s Court, the importance for combining the preparatory procedure and simple procedure before the trial together reveals day by day. By way of perfecting the dividing standard of the simple procedure, and it is the target that we should strive to achieve to set up the judicial ideas of the fair procedures and establishing the appropriate preparatory procedures firmly so as to realize the justness and high effectiveness for disposing of the legal cases.更多还原
