【Abstract】 The operation status and the existing questions of the management system of incentive to local science and technology is analysed. New management system was designed with three layers by Enterprise JavaBeans. Operation flows and functions are constructed, and their structure design and realization ways are explained. In the new system the application of complex items, the long period of experts review, difficulties about system maintenance hare been solved, and the management efficiency will be improved.更多还原
