激光熔敷中粉末粒子流对光能吸收的研究
Research on absorbance of beam energy by powder particles in laser cladding
【摘要】 在分析同轴非载气送粉激光再制造中能量分配的基础上,建立光束能量被粉末粒子束吸收、被基体吸收和损耗的物理模型,利用能量守恒的原理和光能离散化的模型,推导出激光束与粉末作用效率的定量关系表达式,并系统地研究粉末粒子云对激光束衰减的各种影响因素,结合相关的物理特性、工艺参数进行的计算并对结果做了分析,从而给优化覆层质量和进行智能控制提供了理论依据.
【Abstract】 n laser refabricating a model of interaction of laser and materials was established, in which laser energy was divided into three parts: some energy was absorbed by powder particles,some one was absorbed by substrate of parts, and others was wasting. According to the law of conservation of energy and the model of laser energy discrete distribution, the quantitative relationship of the effeciency of absorption of laser energy by particles was found. It is shown that the model is avariable to optimizing laser refabricating technology.
