体积收缩对高聚物等温结晶动力学过程的影响

【摘要】 采用MonteCarlo法,模拟了在预先成核条件下,体积收缩对高聚物等温结晶动力学过程的影响,用模拟结果对Avrami方程和Price方程的有效性进行了评价,得到了体积收缩对结晶动力学参数影响的定量数据.结果表明,体积收缩导致结晶初期Avrami指数n值减小,复合结晶速率常数Z值和由Z返算的线生长速率常数G值增加;与Avrami方程相比,Price方程仍不能较准确地描述高聚物后期结晶行为.

【Abstract】 Under the predetermined nucleation condition, the influence of volume shrinkage on isothermal crystallization kinetics of polymer is simulated by use of Monte Carlo method. The validity of Avrami and Price equations is evaluated by using simulated results. The quantitative data are obtained that the volume shrinkage affects the parameters of crystallization kinetics. It is shown that as a result of volume shrinkage, the Avrami exponent n reduces and the value of the composite crystallization rate constant Z and the linear growth rate of entities G increases; compared with the Avrami equation, the Price equation hardly makes the progress to describe the behavior of polymer later stage crystallization. 
