三维编织复合材料预制件表面图像技术的研究
Research on the surface image of three-dimensional braiding composite preform
【摘要】 分别应用二值化处理、形态滤波处理及细化处理等数字图像处理方法对三维编织复合材料预制件表面图像进行了图像预处理.对处理后的图像进行交叉点特征提取,可以获得预制件中编织花节的顶点信息.根据获得的特征信息可以实现对编织花节的定位,进而完成后期的预制件特征参数的计算和统计.
【Abstract】 This paper researches the surface image of 3D braiding composite preform by the binary conversion, mathematical morphological filtering, thinning methods and so on. After image preprocessing, corner information can be obtained through corner detection, and the braiding unit′s apexes information can be also obtained. According to this information, the braiding unit′s locating can be realized, and then the calculation and statistics of braiding unit′s characteristic parameters can be completed.
