互穿网络高吸水树脂的研制及性能的测定

【摘要】 以淀粉、丙烯酸和聚乙烯醇为原料,以过硫酸钾为引发剂,采用水溶液共聚合方法研制互穿网络高吸水树脂,并对其吸水倍率、吸盐水倍率、保水率等性能进行测定.根据正交设计实验,确定最佳的反应条件及配方.所得高吸水树脂最高吸水倍率可以达到1555倍,吸0.900NaCl水溶液倍率可达到100倍.

【Abstract】 In this paper, a kind of interpenetrating networks high absorbent polymer was prepared with starch, acrylic acid (AA) and PVA as the raw materials, potassium persulfate (K2S2O8) as the initiater. And properties of the high absorbent are studied such as water absorption, waterretention ability. The best polyreaction condition was determined by orthogonal experiments. Our products have high water absorption and good waterretention ability. The distilled water absorption of the high absorbent is about 1 555 times its own weight and the 0.900NaCl aqueous solution is 100 times.
