互穿网络高吸水树脂的研制及性能的测定
Preparation of the interpenetrating networks high absorbent polymer and determination of the properties
【摘要】 以淀粉、丙烯酸和聚乙烯醇为原料,以过硫酸钾为引发剂,采用水溶液共聚合方法研制互穿网络高吸水树脂,并对其吸水倍率、吸盐水倍率、保水率等性能进行测定.根据正交设计实验,确定最佳的反应条件及配方.所得高吸水树脂最高吸水倍率可以达到1555倍,吸0.900NaCl水溶液倍率可达到100倍.
【Abstract】 In this paper, a kind of interpenetrating networks high absorbent polymer was prepared with starch, acrylic acid (AA) and PVA as the raw materials, potassium persulfate (K2S2O8) as the initiater. And properties of the high absorbent are studied such as water absorption, waterretention ability. The best polyreaction condition was determined by orthogonal experiments. Our products have high water absorption and good waterretention ability. The distilled water absorption of the high absorbent is about 1 555 times its own weight and the 0.900NaCl aqueous solution is 100 times.
