【摘要】 在溶体纺丝的基础上 ,改进喷丝板为内外旋转结构 ,使喷丝孔的的中心均布在内外喷丝板的交界圆面上 ,内外喷丝板相对旋转纺丝时 ,则得到圆筒形的网状物 ,已成功地用作固土网垫 .文中介绍了这种“一步织”的机理 .经与机织布相比 ,它具有工艺流程短、投资少、效益高等特点 ,应用前景广阔 .更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of melt spinning, the configuration of the spinneret can be transformed into a rotary spinnerct both the inner and out of it, and between them there is an interval circle on which the holes are evenly distributed. When the inner spinneret and the outer one are rotating a columnar net will be obtained. This is the basic principle of one-stage-weaving.Compared it with the traditional woven fabric, melt-glue cloth has a lot of special features such as short process,little investment,high benefit and so on, and has a bright future of application.更多还原
