【摘要】 目的:探讨肿瘤病区医院感染的特点和预防措施。方法:对介入、放疗科医院感染病例98例进行回顾性分析。结果:肿瘤病区医院感染发病率高,医院感染部位以下呼吸道为主,病原菌以念珠菌和革兰氏阴性菌为多,并与患者的机体免疫力、年龄及免疫抑制剂的使用有关。结论:预防和降低医院感染发生率可采用预见性护理,其主要做法:严格无菌技术;早期发现感染征象;切断感染途径;提高患者机体免疫力、尽量减少免疫抑制剂的使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the characteristics arid preventing measures of the nosocomial infection in carcinoma ward. Mdthods: Reviewing the analysis of 98 cases of nosocomial infection in the chemotherapy and radiotherapy department. Results: The incidence of nosocomial infection in the carcinoma ward is high; the main place of nosocomial infection occurs in the lower respiratory tracts. The bacilli were mainly G-bacilli and Fungi. The incidence is related to the patients’ immune system, age and the use of immune inhibitors. Conclusions: Preventing and lowing nosocomial infection should adopt a foreseeing care, the main methods are stressing he concept of strict asepsis, early detecting the signs of infection, cutting the route of infection, improving the patients’ immune system, reducing the use of immune inhibitors.更多还原
