【摘要】 目的:在结肠镜检查中,以良好的解痉镇痛作用,增强病人接受检查的依从性,提高检查的成功率。方法:将100例结肠镜检查病人随机分为实验组和对照组各50例,对两组病人在检查中采取不同的镇痛方法,观察镇痛效果。结果:两组病人检查中镇痛效果比较,实验组镇痛效果明显好于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在结肠镜检查中,采用中西结合方法阿托品穴位注射镇痛效果明显,副作用小,符合病人对健康和舒适的需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To improve the obedience of the patients and increase the success rate of colonoscopy. Methods: one hundred patients who take colonoscopic examination were divided intp two groups randomly (the experimental group and the control group), fifty patients in each group. Each group take different analgesia. Results: Forty-five patients in the experimental group (90%) were painless or mildly pain, where as thirty patients in the control group (60%). The difference were significant (F<0. 01). Conclusion: The Chinese and Western integration method (Atropin point-injection) can relieve the pain quickly and effectively with little side-effect in colonoscopy, and was easy to be received by the patients.
