【摘要】 目的:了解海洛因依赖者脱毒期抑郁状况。方法:采用抑郁自评量表(SDS),让戒毒者于疗前、疗中、疗后分别作出自我评定。结果:50例海洛因脱毒者疗前、疗中、疗后的SDS总粗分均高于国家常模(P<0.001);疗中的食欲减退项目评分低于疗前(P<0.01),疗后的抑郁、晨重晚轻、便秘等项目及总粗分均低于疗前(P<0.05～0.01);男女性比较,前者疗前体重减轻项及疗后易激惹项均较女性为重(P<0.05)。结论:海洛因脱毒者不论疗前、疗中、疗后均存在非常明显的抑郁情绪,且各治疗阶段及男女间的症状表现存在一定差异。提示临床上应针对戒毒者个体的不同心理情绪反应,采取有效的护理措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the depressive status in heroin addicts during detoxification. Method: Self - rated Depression Scale (SDS) was applied to rate the heroin addicts during their detoxification before, during and after treatment. Results: The general scores of SDS in heroin addicts during their detoxification before, during and after treatment were significantly higher than those of the national norms in SDS (P<0. 001). The score of decreased food appetite during treatment was lower than that before treatment (P<0.01). The total score of SDS and scores of depression, fluctuation of day severe and night mild and constipation after treatment were lower than those before treatment (P <0.05-0.01). Compared with the female, the male heroin addicts were severer in weight loss before treatment and in irritability after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: There is obvious depression in heroin addicts during detoxification whenever they were before, during and after treatment. There are also some differences between the male and female heroin addicts during their various treatment stages. Therefore, effective nursing measures should be taken based on different psychological reaction in heroin addicts.更多还原
