【Abstract】 As a practical and decorative pary of costume, the flower tow is popular among most Chinese women for its unique style,it is also appreciated and used for reference by apparel trades of other courtries in the world, this paper introduces the kind of flower tow,the design methods of flower tow and the making technology of flower tow. On the basis of it, this paper makes a detailed study on how to select materials and color of flower tow,how to select tools for making flower tow and the technology of flower tow.
