P(NIPAM-DADMAC)微凝胶的合成、表征及药物释放

【摘要】 利用乳液聚合法按不同配比 ,合成出N 异丙基丙烯酰胺 (NIPAM )与二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵 (DADMAC)的共聚物———P(NIPAM DADMAC)温敏性微凝胶 ,利用红外光谱仪及核磁共振仪对其进行表征 ,同时利用动态光散射仪测得微凝胶粒子在水中不同温度下的直径 ,从而获得其低临界溶解温度为 31℃ .另外 ,用不同配比的微凝胶在临界温度前后对氟哌酸进行吸附及释放研究 ,结果表明 ,在微凝胶中的少量组分DADMAC以及温度会明显影响氟哌酸的吸附及释放

【Abstract】 The thermo-sensitive copolymer microgels of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-diallydimethy-lammoniumchloride),P(NIPAM?DADMAC), were synthesised by the emulsion polymerization with different feed ratios, and characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrum and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy. The microgel particle in water was measured by Dynamic Light Scattering in respect to the diameter with different temperature, and by which the critical temperature of phase transition (LCST, lower critical solution temperature) was attained at 31°C. Moreover, the absorption and release of drug norfloxacin in microgels with the different feed ratio was investigated under and the above critical temperature, which indicates that both of the minor amount of DADMAC unit in copolymer and the temperature considerably affect the absorption and release of norfloxacin.
