基于有限元法的ABS高速开关电磁阀性能分析
Analysis of Performance of ABS Solenoid Valve by Finite Element Analysis
【摘要】 在建立高速开关阀磁场计算有限元模型的基础上 ,计算和分析了不同工作气隙与线圈电流时高速开关阀动铁的电磁力和线圈的自感系数特性 .利用动铁运动和线圈回路方程 ,通过仿真分析了高速开关阀的吸合和释放时间及动铁运动响应与电流变化特性 .结果表明 ,基于有限元的分析方法保证了较高的精度
【Abstract】 Based on the creation of FEA model for ABS solenoid valve,we computed the magnetic force acting on the valve core and the self inductance of valve winding with different work air gap and different current.Through the core motion equation and the winding circuit equation,the magnetizing time and the release time are computed,and the response characteristics of valve core and winding current are analyzed by simulation.The results show that this analysis method can assure high precision and shorten the analysis period.
